About SoldProfit

SoldProfit is an independent website that answers one question for people who resell: after the marketplace takes its fees, what do you keep? Type the price you sold for, and the answer appears as you type, with every fee on its own line.

How every fee is checked

• Every fee comes from the marketplace’s own fee page, and we keep its exact words beside the number.
• Each calculator says the day its fees were last checked, and links the page we read.
• We re-read every fee page each week. When a fee changes, we update the calculator, and Fees changed gets a dated entry quoting the old wording and the new.
• Where a marketplace publishes its own worked examples, they sit beside ours on the page, so you can see the two agree.
• We count what many calculators leave out, like eBay’s fee on the buyer’s sales tax.

What we will never do

• Guess a fee and present it as the marketplace’s.
• Ask you to sign up before you see the answer.
• Sell your email address, or share it for advertising.
• Let money change a fee, an answer or the order of anything.

How the site is paid for

Today it earns nothing: there are no ads and no affiliate links. If that changes, every such link will be marked, and this page will say how.

SoldProfit is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot, Grailed, Vinted, TikTok Shop or Facebook Marketplace. Their names are their owners’ trademarks and appear only to say whose fees these are.
