What helps us help you

• A fee that looks wrong. Tell us the calculator and the price you typed (the “Share my result” link carries both), and what your marketplace charged. We check it against the marketplace’s page and correct the calculator if we got it wrong.
• A calculator you would like. Name the marketplace, and the fee or option you need.
• Your data. To have your email address removed, write from that address: we delete it within 30 days. The privacy policy says what we keep.

Please do not send

Passwords, card numbers or marketplace logins: we never need them. For a question about your own marketplace account, write to that marketplace: we cannot see it.
